Labs
We have two laboratories specifically designed for destructive and non-destructive testing for steel and coating tests. Our laboratories are TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 certified and we are the only laboratory in Turkey accredited in all methods of non-destructive testing as ISO17025. Thanks to our advanced laboratories with a machining center, we carry out our productions within the scope of the most comprehensive inspections and quality controls. Our goal is to provide the highest quality analysis and service in the industry to all our clients across the globe. Integrated Project Management
Erciyas appoints a “Project Manager” for an effective integrated project management. This includes planning, coordination, integrated logistics, management and after sales service to manage in accordance with the customers’ requirements. Our Project Management system determines the lines of communications to manage the coordination between different stakeholders. All is monitored through the CRM / ERP systems.
Integrated Logistics Management
Erciyas creatively diversifies the selection of the mode of transportation and handling processes in order to ensure the delivery timely and safely to avoid any damage during handling and transportation activities. Our production facilities are located in Duzce and Mersin. Many ports are available in the Marmara Sea, Blacksea and the Mediterranean near our factories. We have expert teams in Erciyas Steel Pipe and Glober Logistics for pipe loading, leasing, securing and dunnaging. Erciyas has vast experience in all delivery terms as per Incoterms 2010 i.e. CIF, DAP, DDP etc. In accordance with customers’ integrated delivery / logistics requirements. Together with our sister company Glober Logistics, we can offer more effective and safer alternatives such as truck, marine, railway, barge, containers, site delivery, unloading and storage as well as site preparation as per the contract conditions.
External Coating & Internal Lining
Erciyas provides a wide internal and external coating range against corrosion and mechanical damage. Steel is a long-lasting stainless material, but when the coating process is not carried out with air bubble-free and meticulous work, its 50-year lifespan drops to 10-15 years: We offer a wide range of coating options against mechanical damage, corrosion and all kinds of negativities in the internal and external insulation of our pipes.

Erciyas operates an integrated management system of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 with many years of continuous system improvement. Both Erciyas laboratories are accredited with ISO 17025 independent testing certification.
